 Shandong Zhichu Private Limited Company of Scien-tech Garden is shareholding system new high-tech enterprise which was set up by Shandong Zhicu Group Co.,Ltd; Shanghai Baogang equipment technological project Co.,Ltd; China hardware import and export corporation, China Scientific and Technological International Affiance Investment limited company ；Hongkong Qirong Trade Co., Ltd and Beijing Kefu Radiation Technological Company these six legal person shareholders in December，1999. The Company's registered capital is 80 million Yuan, and the core business is to develop and produce automobile inside-adorn materials and colored alloy material products.
The company insists on regarding developing the new high-tech industry as the guide, and devotes itself to the research and development of the new materials’ technological products.
