Shandong Zhichu Group Technological Development Centre is regarded as the enterprises’ technological development centre in Shandong province. It has 5 subcenters of technological development. It has 165 research and develop personnel. Among them, doctors, masters and high title persons are 35 persons, and the intermediate professional title persons are 60 persons. The center has 5500㎡ of laboratories, measuring rooms and pilot scale workshops. The instrument and equipment allocated have already exceeded 10 million Yuan; the hardware facilities in the domestic similar laboratories are in the advanced level. The scientific and technological development expenses cost more than 5% of the sales amount.
