 We are the professional supplier of China FAW Group and China FAW-Volkswagen Automotive Company Ltd. The corporation consists of Yantai Motor Decoration Materials Firm, Yantai Parkholy Industrial Woolen Fabric Ltd., Yantai Luke Polywood Firm, Yantai Zhichu-TU* Chemical New Materials Ltd. and Yantai Company of CMEE Co. The corporation, covering an area of 50,000㎡with a total floor space of 26,000㎡, has capital assets of 240 million (original value 150 million) and 526
employees (120 technician amongthem). We have been honored as the new- and high-tech enterprise of province in 1997, and granted the title of "Yantai Excellent Industrial Enterprise" and "First-Rank Taxpayer of Zhifu District". The primary equipments are all imported from Italy. The gripper loom of colored woven cloth, producing the decorating fabric and seat fabric for vehicles, is an advanced (in 1990's) product line from Italy. Since 1998, we have established two product lines of poly wood to produce the PP wood-flour board and composite materials. The products are used in manufacturing motor interior decoration parts such as internal door panel, ceiling, seat, bookrack, trunk, carpet etc. Recently, cooperated with Tianjin University, we formed the joint venture of Zhichu-TU Chemical New Materials Ltd in order to expand the technical scope by developing chemical new materials.
Now we, rely on the principles of technical innovation and sustainable developments, have founded the research center for motor interior decoration material. The research center based on the decoration parts, traditional materials, and the new materials to accelerate our step on program constructing and new product developing. Cooperating with the giant enterprises, our strength has been extended steadily, and furthermore, become the comparatively large-scale in the field.
