·Sept. 1988　 Founded YANTAI AUTOMOBILE INTERIOR DECORATIVE MATERIAL PLANT
·Feb. 1991　　YANTAI NO. 2 PHARMACEUTICAL FACTORY was completed and put into production.
·June 1994　　Founded YANTAI AUTOMOBILE INTERIOR DECORATION GROUP CORPORATION.
·Dec. 1994　　Managing cooperatively with BAO STEEL GROUP, founded YANTAI LUBAO NONFERROUS ALLOY PLANT
·1995 　　　　Was approved as the NATIONAL GRADE CIVIL MANAGEMENTSCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY PARK by NATIONAL SCIENCE COMMITTEE
·Dec. 1995　　The brass plate of YANTAI JUSTAWARE HIGH AND NEW TECHNOLOGY & INDUSTRY INTENSIVE ZONE was formally putted up.
·April 1997 　Began to perform the re-construction project of the enterprise.
·1998 　　　　Was approved as the APEC YANTAI SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
INDUSTRIAL PARK by the State Department.
·Dec. 1999　　Formally founded SHANDONG JUSTAWARE CIVIL MANAGEMENT
SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY PARK LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY.
·April 2000 　Changed the name from YANTAI NO.2 PHARMACEUTICAL FACTORY
to YANTAI JUSTAWARE PHARMACY CO., LTD.
·2000 　　　　W as approved as the NATIONAL VILLAGE AND TOWNSHIP
